My carrer can benift the soceity, for one this science is based on biology which can help by know what kind of living organisims live around us. Biotechnology can take up to four years to complete your degree. For preperation for this carrer you study biological sciences, biochemistry, and gentics. the courses you need to take in high school are; Genetics (one semester) , Cell biology (one semester) , Biology laboratories (two semesters), General chemistry (two semesters) , Organic chemistry lecture and laboratory (two semesters) , Physics (two semesters) , and Calculus (one semester) .
I can prepare by singing up for the required classes you must take to do this carrer. Biotechnology has created over 2000 vacinations and therepys. Also there are more than 400 botech products on the market today. Today there are 180,000 empoyies in the U.S. The anual wage for a bio worker is 71,000 a year more than 20,000 more than in 2007. Another good fact is that biotech is regulated by three compinies FDA, EPA, and USDA. Biotech also helps with poplution in numerous way to help to envirment.
Biotechnolgy can also be looked at at cloning, not people but plants. Each time a leaf is excised from a violet plant and placed in soil to grow a new plant the cloning process has begain. Some say botecnology is the science of the centerury. this is because the cloning has become a popular debate this century and it may depend on how our enviroment acts to the cloning how sucessfull we are. Cloning depends on the make up of the living organism thats is how you know how to clone the organism. All and all this is a very good carrer i liked it very much.
